1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
This website located at http://www.creditsources.org/ (“the Site”), is governed by the following Terms of Service (“TOS”). From here on the Site will simply be referred to as “CreditSources.org” and any use of CreditSources.org is subject to the TOS, which may be updated from time to time without prior notice to you. Additionally, some aspects of CreditSources.org services are governed by ClickBank Terms of Service. More information about ClickBank can be found at: http://www.clickbank.com/.

Any questions, comments, or support issues about the products and services offered from CreditSources.org should be directed to CreditSources.org support and not ClickBank.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes. You agree not to add to, subtract from, or otherwise modify the Content, or to attempt to access any Content that is not intended for you. You agree not to use the Site in any manner that might interfere with the rights of third parties. You agree not to take any action that might compromise the Site’s security, render it inaccessible to others or otherwise cause damage to the Site or its content.

CreditSources.org users enjoy the benefits of a single source when searching for industry options saving them valuable time and money.

CreditSources.org Membership
CreditSources.org provides users with access to a collection of resources, including, but not limited to, various communications tools, forums, electronic books (“e-books”), digital downloads, newsletters (both electronic & print), and directories of information which may be accessed through any various medium or device now known or hereafter developed (the “Membership Service”). You also understand and agree that the Membership Service may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary for CreditSources.org to provide the Membership Service. You also understand and agree that the Membership Service may include certain communications from CreditSources.org, such as service announcements, administrative messages, and the CreditSources.org Newsletter, and that these communications are considered part of CreditSources.org membership. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, any new features that augments or enhances the current Membership Service, including the release of new CreditSources.org properties, shall be subject to the TOS. You understand and agree that the Membership Service is provided “AS-IS” with no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings. You are responsible for obtaining access to the Membership Service, and that access may involve third-party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges). You are responsible for those fees, including those fees associated with the display or delivery of advertisements. In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Membership Service. You do not have to become a member to apply for or receive a payday loan.

3. YOUR MEMBER ACCOUNT REGISTRATION OBLIGATIONS
In consideration of your use of the Membership Service, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under applicable laws and regulations. You also agree to: (a) provide true, accurate, and current information about yourself as prompted by the Membership Service’s registration form (the “Registration Data”) and (b) maintain and immediately update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate and complete. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or CreditSources.org has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, CreditSources.org has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Membership Service. CreditSources.org is concerned about the safety and privacy of all its users and for this reason the Membership Service is NOT intended for use by anyone under the age of 18.

4. MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY
If you elect to become a member, you will receive a password and account designation (your “Member Account”) upon completing the Membership Service’s registration and/or payment process. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your password or account. You agree to (a) immediately notify CreditSources.org of any unauthorized use of your account, password or any other breach of security, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. CreditSources.org cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with the above stated terms.

4.1 MEMBERSHIP FEES
CreditSources.org Member Accounts are subject to a one-time activation fee (“Membership Fee”). The current standard membership fee is $99 however you can view the current membership fee on the New Member page. There may be from time to time promotional offers that reduce the membership fee. Membership terminates three years from the date of activation. The one-time fee listed on the new member page will override any fee stated in this section 4.1. Membership fees are subject to change at any time without prior notice. Note there are never any recurring or hidden fees.

4.2 PRIMARY ACCOUNT HOLDER
When a new Member Account is created the person who’s name appears in the in the records for the Member Account is the Primary Account Holder.

4.3 INFORMATION REGARDING LINES OF CREDIT
CreditSources.org offers information on companies that can provide credit related services including but not limited to lenders, credit card companies, credit counseling, and other miscellaneous resources. This specifically includes but is not limited to: personal loans, auto loans, home loans, equity loans, payday loans, debt consolidation, business loans, student loans, pre-paid cards, and credit cards.

5. MEMBER CONDUCT
You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, video, messages, tags, sound, photographs, graphics, or other materials (“Content”), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, made available to members via the Membership Service are subject to Copyrights of either CreditSources.org or other third parties.

You agree to not use the Membership Service to:
a. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable;
b. harm anyone in any way;
c. impersonate any person or entity, specifically including, but not limited to, a CreditSources.org official, forum leader, representative guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity;
d. forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any Content transmitted through the Membership Service;
e. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that you do not have explicit permission to make available under any law or under contractual relationship;
f. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any Content that infringes any third party right, specifically including but not limited to, patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or other proprietary rights (“Rights”) of any party;
g. upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
h. interfere with or disrupt the Membership Service or servers or networks connected to the Membership Service, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies or regulations of networks connected to the Service;
i. intentionally or unintentionally violate any local, state, national or international law or regulation by using the Membership Service;
j. provide support or resources (or to conceal or disguise the nature, location, source, or ownership of material support or resources) to any organization(s) designated by the United States government as a foreign terrorist organization (pursuant to section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act);
k. harass another; and/or
l. collect or store personal data about other users in connection with the prohibited conduct and activities set forth in paragraphs above.

You acknowledge that CreditSources.org may or may not pre-screen Content, but that CreditSources.org and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to pre-screen, refuse, or remove any Content that is available via the Membership Service. Without limiting the foregoing, CreditSources.org and its designees shall have the right to remove any Content that violates the TOS or is otherwise objectionable. You agree that you must evaluate, and bear all risks associated with, the use of any Content, including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of such Content. In this regard, you acknowledge that you may not rely on any Content created by CreditSources.org or submitted to CreditSources.org, including without limitation information in CreditSources.org Members Area and in all other parts of the Membership Service.

You acknowledge, consent and agree that CreditSources.org may access, disclosure and preserve your account information and Content if required to do so by law or in a good faith belief that such access preservation or disclosure is reasonably necessary to: (a) comply with legal process; (b) enforce the TOS; (c) respond to claims that any Content violates the rights of third parties; (d) respond to your requests for customer service; or (e) protect the rights, property or personal safety of CreditSources.org, its users and the public.

You understand that the technical processing and transmission of the Membership Service, including your Content, may involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.

You understand that the Membership Service and software embodied within the Membership Service may include security components that permit digital materials to be protected, and that use of these materials is subject to usage rules set by CreditSources.org and/or content providers who provide content to the Membership Service. You may not attempt to override or circumvent any of the usage rules embedded into the Membership Service. Any unauthorized reproduction, publication, further distribution or public exhibition of the materials provided on the Membership Service, in whole or in part, is strictly prohibited.

You are prohibited from using any of the marks or logos appearing throughout the site without permission from the trademark owner, except as permitted by applicable law.

6. INDEMNITY
You understand and agree that you are personally responsible for your behavior on the Site. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless CreditSources.org,, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliated companies, joint venturers, business partners, licensors, employees, agents, and any third-party information providers to the Service from and against all claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including, but not limited to, direct, incidental, consequential, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorneys’ fees, resulting from or arising out of your use, misuse, or inability to use the Site, the Service, or the Content, or any violation by you of this Agreement.

7. NO RESALE OF MEMBERSHIP SERVICE
You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, trade, create derivative works, resell or exploit for any commercial purposes, any portion of the Membership Service (specifically including but not limited to your CreditSources.org ID), use or access to the Membership Service.

8. REFUND POLICY
To protect the integrity of the Membership Service, unless you meet one of the conditions below, our Membership Service does not permit refunds, unless one of the following conditions:
a. The use of the Membership Service fails to provide the Account Holder with a new Line of Credit within the first 60 days of membership as outlined in section 8.1 below, or
b. At the sole discretion of CreditSources.org.

8.1 REFUND REQUIREMENTS
You understand and agree that for a refund to be issued you must provide CreditSources.org with proof that the Account Holder could not obtain a new line of credit by using the Membership Service. Proof must be in the form of a denial of a line of credit either in electronic form (email) or in print, from any resource in the CreditSources.org members area that is designated as “guaranteed” or any resource that specifically states their services are for those with “bad credit”, and
a. All proof must contain the name of the Account Holder,
b. All proof must be marked with a time & date that is after the first day the Member Account was created and/or activated,
c. CreditSources.org reserves the right to require the Account Holder to apply for additional lines of credit for which they also must apply and receive a rejection letter before a final authorization for a refund can be issued.
d. CreditSources.org does not offer refunds based on rejection of debt consolidation loans or debt settlement and/or related services.

8.2 ACCOUNT CANCELLATION / TERMINATION OF MEMBERSHIP SERVICE
When a refund is authorized, the Account Holder and anyone accessing the Membership Service under the Member Account of the Account Holder, forfeit any and all rights to access the Membership Service. You may no longer use any login names and passwords. Anyone found to be illegally accessing the service or otherwise violating this TOS will be considered in violation of this agreement and may be subject to legal action, without notice being provided.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO MEMBERSHIP SERVICE
CreditSources.org reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time without giving you prior notice. CreditSources.org shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the Membership Service.

10. TERMINATION
You agree that CreditSources.org may immediately terminate your CreditSources.org account and access to the Membership Service without notice. Termination of your CreditSources.org account may include, but is not limited to (a) removal of access to all offerings within the Membership Service, (b) deletion of your password and all related information, files and content associated with or inside your account, and (c) preventing further use of the Membership Service. Further, you agree that all terminations for cause shall be made in CreditSources.org’s sole discretion and that CreditSources.org shall not be liable to you or any third party for any termination of your account, or access to the Membership Service.

11. DEALINGS WITH ADVERTISERS
Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of, advertisers found on or through the Membership Service, are solely between you and such advertiser. You agree that CreditSources.org shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any sort incurred as the result of any such dealings with advertisers on the Site.

12. LINKS
Links on the Site to third party web sites or information are provided solely as a convenience to you. If you use these links, you will leave the Site. Such links do not constitute or imply an endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by CreditSources.org of the third party, the third-party web site, or the information contained therein. CreditSources.org is not responsible for the availability of any such web sites. CreditSources.org is not responsible or liable for any such web site or the content thereon. If you use the links to the web sites of CreditSources.org affiliates or service providers, you will leave the Site, and will be subject to the terms of use and privacy policy applicable to those web sites.

13. CREDITSOURCES.ORG PROPRIETARY RIGHTS
You acknowledge that the Service and any necessary software used in connection with the Service (“Software”) contain proprietary and confidential information that is protected by applicable intellectual property and other laws. You further acknowledge that Content contained in advertisements or information presented to you through the Service or by advertisers is protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, patents or other proprietary rights, laws and regulations. Except as expressly allowed by applicable law or authorized by CreditSources.org or advertisers, you agree not to modify, rent, lease, loan, sell, distribute or create derivative works based on the Service or the Software, in whole or in part.

CreditSources.org grants you a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive right and license to use the Software on a single computer; provided that you do not (and do not allow any third party to) copy, create a derivative work from, reverse engineer, modify, reverse assemble or otherwise attempt to discover any source code, sell, assign, sublicense, grant a security interest in or otherwise transfer any right in the Software. You agree not to modify or copy the Software in any manner or form, nor to use modified or copied versions of the Software, including (without limitation) for the purpose of obtaining unauthorized access to the Service. You agree not to access the Service by any means other than through the interface provided by CreditSources.org.

14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
CREDITSOURCES.ORG MAKES NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, REPRESENTATIONS OR ENDORSEMENTS WHATSOEVER WITH RESPECT TO THE SITE, THE SERVICE OR THE CONTENT. CREDITSOURCES.ORG EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, WITH REGARD TO THE SITE, THE SERVICE, THE CONTENT, AND ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICE FURNISHED OR TO BE FURNISHED VIA THE SITE. CREDITSOURCES.ORG DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE FUNCTIONS PERFORMED BY THE SITE OR THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DEFECTS IN THE SITE OR THE SERVICE WILL BE CORRECTED. CREDITSOURCES.ORG DOES NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY OR COMPLETENESS OF THE CONTENT, OR THAT ANY ERRORS IN THE CONTENT WILL BE CORRECTED. THE SITE, THE SERVICE AND THE CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT WILL CREDITSOURCES.ORG BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY DIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR OTHER INDIRECT DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF (I) THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, THE SERVICE, OR THE CONTENT, (II) ANY TRANSACTION CONDUCTED THROUGH OR FACILITATED BY THE SITE; (III) ANY CLAIM ATTRIBUTABLE TO ERRORS, OMISSIONS, OR OTHER INACCURACIES IN THE SITE, THE SERVICE AND/OR THE CONTENT, (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR DATA, OR (V) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE SITE, THE SERVICE, OR THE CONTENT, EVEN IF CREDITSOURCES.ORG HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE SITE, THE SERVICE, THE CONTENT, OR WITH THE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SITE.

16. EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS
SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OF ABOVE (SECTIONS 14 AND 15) MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

16. The Membership Service is provided solely for informational purposes. CreditSources.org and its licensors shall not be responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness or availability of any information transmitted or made available via the Membership Service.

17. NO THIRD-PARTY BENEFICIARIES
You agree that, except as otherwise expressly provided in this TOS, there is no third-party beneficiary to this agreement.

18. NOTICE
CreditSources.org may provide you with notices, including those regarding changes to the TOS, including by but not limited to regular mail, email postings on the Membership Service, or other reasonable means.

19. GENERAL INFORMATION
Entire Agreement. This TOS constitutes the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof. You also may be subject to additional terms and conditions that may apply when you use or purchase other services, third-party content or third-party software.

Choice of Law and Forum. The TOS and the relationship between you and CreditSources.org shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and CreditSources.org agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of San Diego, California.

Waiver and Severability of Terms. No waiver by CreditSources.org of any breach or default hereunder shall be deemed to be a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default. If any provision of the TOS is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the TOS remain in full force and effect.

No Right of Survivorship and Non-Transferability. You agree that your CreditSources.org account is non-transferable and do not survive your death

Statute of Limitations. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any cause of action or claim arising out of or related to use of the Membership Service or this Site must be filed within one (1) year after such cause of action or claim arose or be forever barred.
